Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Communications: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting Research: Investigate customer concerns, gather information, and provide accurate and helpful responses to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining Patient Privacy: Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex's data protection policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish: Fluency in both languages is essential for communicating effectively with customers and providing personalized support.
  • 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Computer Experience: Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems, email, and other productivity tools.
  • High-Speed Internet: A reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) is essential for remote work.
  • Smartphone or Device: A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android is required for daily login and communication.
