As a key member of our retail store operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the management team in achieving sales goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service skills in all interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer

  • Ensure all cash handling policies are followed explicitly, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and integrity
  • Restock all store items as directed by the Store Manager or customer needs, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Sell to every customer, regardless of what they purchase, driving sales growth and achieving sales goals
  • Perform all duties related to serving our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives, supporting their development and growth
  • Submit grocery orders for approval to the Store Manager, ensuring timely and accurate ordering
  • Create visually attractive displays for our customers, showcasing our products in the best possible light
  • Review, complete, and suggest changes to build-to's, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Provide feedback for the fast food service area of the store, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Complete reports assigned by the Store Manager, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights
  • Accept applications to be considered for employment, supporting our recruitment efforts and talent acquisition
  • Follow company procedures when working with vendors, including checking in orders and verifying quantities
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Prepare and finalize shift close-out reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Inspect store facilities/equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Complete all price changes and promotional price changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information
  • Document and report safety incidents or injuries, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Document and report maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

* Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites: + High School diploma or GED preferred + Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences + Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at the store on time + Positive attitude and a commitment to promoting the company and being a team player + Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software + Well-organized and able to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines + Good people interaction skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management + Flexible schedule, with the ability to work all shifts and days of the week, including weekends and holidays + Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the potential to exceed 40 hours per week during peak periods
