About the Role
As a Senior Associate on our Customer Experience team, you'll report directly to our Consumer Experience Lead and be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives that drive industry-leading customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and tools teams, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize customer experience metrics. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Partner with teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer experience metrics
- Collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects
- Drive results and measure success through data-driven decision making

Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States. The salary range is $74,800—$110,000 USD.
