Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Becoming proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients' needs as efficiently as possible
  • Mastering all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of conversations in designated systems to ensure seamless handoffs and client profile accuracy
  • Managing a high volume of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Identifying client needs, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their evolving needs
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging clients through exceptional service, proactive communication, and a customer-centric approach
  • Meeting and/or exceeding established key performance criteria, including metrics such as first-call resolution, client satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
  • Providing excellent client service and advocacy, working across the organization as needed to resolve client requests and ensure their needs are met
  • Assisting clients with the onboarding process, providing status updates, guidance on next steps, and answering questions to ensure a smooth transition
  • Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Effectively communicating to clients how to use our client-facing tools, providing training and support to ensure they get the most out of our services
  • Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management to ensure the success of our clients and the growth of our business

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, such as customer service, sales, or logistics
  • OR a different combination of education and experience, including any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience in a related field
  • Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus, but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context
  • Attention to detail and follow-through, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and demanding environment
  • Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
