Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our Remote Customer Care team. As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors: Provide support to customers and colleagues over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls: Handle a high volume of customer calls, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify solutions: Anticipate customer questions and concerns, providing proactive solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Take ownership of every issue: Resolve customer issues from start to finish, or partner with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Provide best-in-class service experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers.
  • Help answer customer inquiries: Assist customers with insurance and copays, shipping needs, and technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner: Ensure that every customer interaction is timely and efficient, maximizing our relationship with them.
  • Understand the value of every interaction: Recognize that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Maintain customer privacy and safety: Adhere to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 6+ months of professional experience: A minimum of 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools is required.
  • Experience multitasking: Proven ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test: A pre-employment drug test is required to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in phone or email customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment: Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience working under pressure: Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
