Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services. You'll work closely with our distribution centers and customers to ensure accurate documentation, information, and services. Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services
- Handle phone calls and emails from customers, providing solutions and assistance as needed
- Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers, building strong relationships and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on all aspects of product inventory, including sales and product information, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries
- May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites, with the ability to provide customers with a better solution when available
- Perform all tasks to specified standards and metrics on a consistent basis, meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Assume other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the organization
Supervisory Responsibilities
* Not responsible for supervising employees, focusing on individual performance and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Requirements
* Associate's Degree or higher
- Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment
- Bi-lingual, English and Spanish or English and French
- Experience with eBay and eCommerce sites
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, and other software applications
- Basic messages communicated orally, with the ability to write brief messages and keep simple records
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures
- Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area, with results defined and existing practices used as guidelines for work activities
- Prioritize assigned and routine tasks, handling them appropriately and meeting performance expectations
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
* Work is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently
- Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
