We're seeking an experienced Live Stream Chat Moderator to join our team on an optional on-site, temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in protecting arenaflex brands and ensuring a positive social experience for all users. Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Stream Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating live comments in accordance with client-specific guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful online community.
• Carrying out moderation and training according to the project schedule, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
• Providing support to other moderators who need assistance, as well as mentoring new moderators and helping them develop their skills.
• Banning users/comments that violate arenaflex's community guidelines during live events.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written communication skills in US English, with the ability to read between the lines and make informed decisions.
• The ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on multitasking and navigating a fast-moving live chat.
• Assertiveness, discernment, and decisiveness when making judgment calls regarding what is appropriate in a live chat setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A strong understanding of online community guidelines and the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful online environment.

• Experience working with live streaming software and platforms.
• Strong understanding of online safety and security best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
