Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service and support to end users

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Identifying and resolving data entry errors and discrepancies
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong typing skills (over 40 wpm) and accuracy
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Familiarity with Word and Excel
- Any tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
