Job Summary

As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional billing support to customers, including resolving issues related to billing, account management, and technical queries

  • Offer technical support to customers after completing a comprehensive training program (approximately 45-60 days)
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
  • Commit to 100% attendance for five weeks of paid training, and participate actively in the training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  • Work a variety of schedules, including at least one weekend day, mostly Mid and Evening shifts

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Pass a thorough background check and meet all necessary security requirements
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
  • Possess high-speed internet access with the following specifications: download speed ≥10 Mbps, upload speed ≥3 Mbps, and Ping ms Apply Now!
