Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Estimating Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing solutions and equipment lists for potential bulk material handling and processing opportunities by reviewing customer needs and bidding documents.
- Reviewing and analyzing bid documents and specifications submitted by customers, ensuring that arenaflex's solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Navigating and reviewing commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Creating conceptual layouts and equipment lists tailored to customers' specific requirements, collaborating with various teams including Outside Sales, Application, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.
- Managing multiple detailed and fast-paced tasks simultaneously, adhering to critical deadlines, estimating equipment costs, and identifying high-risk areas, while preparing detailed quotes and spec sheets.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including MS Excel, ERP Sales Module, and Salesforce.
