The Role

As an Experienced Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - High Value Specialty Servicing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-value customers. You will be the voice of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to meet certain technical requirements to ensure that you can provide the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to high-value customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification
