Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying top talent, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our multicultural team to identify and contact potential candidates, propose new alternatives for candidate sourcing, and analyze professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
