Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Attention to Detail: You're detail-oriented and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Relationship-Building Skills: You make people feel comfortable and can build strong relationships with customers.
- Prioritization Skills: You're comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously and managing your time effectively.
- Industry Experience: Ideally, you have experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry and have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
What You'll Do
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
