Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Chat Services Administrator to join our team in Offutt AFB, NE. As a Chat Services Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM, coordinating with external service providers to isolate faults and errors, troubleshooting technical issues, managing chat settings, enforcing community guidelines, managing user profiles and access levels, implementing new features or updates, and tracking and reporting on chat activity and user engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM
- Coordinate with external service providers to isolate faults and errors and provide mitigations
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the chat
- Manage chat settings and enforce community guidelines
- Manage user profiles and access levels
- Implement new features or updates
- Track and report on chat activity and user engagement metrics
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- Required Experience: 3+ years of experience
- Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required Certifications: Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
- Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations; Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate; or Zoom Certified Integrator; or Google Workspace Administrator; or Certified Unified Communications Professional; or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Expected Salary Range
The likely salary range for this position is $94,676 - $128,092 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.

The job is located in Offutt AFB, NE, with occasional travel required.
Schedule
The scheduled weekly hours for this position are 40 hours per week.
