Job Summary

As an Experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, a leading platform for caregiver recruitment. Your primary objective will be to keep the job posting open with internal visibility, ensuring that we attract top talent while maintaining control over the hiring process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest - Keep the job posting open with internal visibility, ensuring that it does not go live on job boards - Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, and other stakeholders - Coordinate caregiver scheduling, ensuring seamless care delivery and client satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge - Contribute to the development of care plans and service agreements - Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field - Proven track record of success in leadership or coordination roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with AidQuest or similar caregiver recruitment platforms - Knowledge of caregiving best practices and industry standards - Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g., CNA, HHA) - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
