Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for reading blueprints, performing accurate welds, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, long-term position working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focused on the MIG and stick welding of heavy metal components and fabricated parts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications

• Perform accurate welds using MIG and stick welding techniques
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of welding experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)

• Proficient in MIG and stick welding
• Able to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
