Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist and research panelist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials
• Participating in online focus groups and opinion panels
• Providing feedback and insights on various products and services
• Developing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Current USA residency
• Proficiency in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• A computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
