Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handling accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up
  • Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage customer information and communicate with internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and utilize our proprietary software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
