Job Description

As an On-Site Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for presenting live casino games to our players in a professional and engaging manner. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with players in real-time and creating an immersive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Present live casino games to our players in a professional and engaging manner

  • Interact with players in real-time, responding to their queries and creating a positive experience
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
  • Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a live casino or gaming environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Functions:

* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables

  • Repeated use of both hands and arms
  • Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
  • Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
  • Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
  • Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
  • Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule
  • Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
