Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to delivery or billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, etc.)
