Job Functions:

As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers
• Operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
• Participating in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining store appearance
• Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, customer information, and inventory levels
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special projects

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required; we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
