As a Customer Care Advocate II, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex issues via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer care or customer success role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
