Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate and timely financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and managing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity metrics

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial responsibilities
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial transactions, including credit card processing and cash handling
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
