Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
