- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of meetings and events, including national meetings, training programs, product launches, and incentive travel programs
- Manage event logistics including registration coordination, attendee communications, rooming lists, travel coordination support, and program materials
- Maintain and reconcile participant data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy of registration, reporting, cancellations, and updates throughout the program lifecycle
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and internal teams on signage, amenities, event materials, billing alignment, and post-event reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to professionally manage attendee inquiries and high email volumes
- Demonstrated comfort with technology, data management, and event platforms with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- 3–5 years of meetings and events experience required
- Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and data reconciliation
- Experience with Cvent preferred, or similar event or project management platforms
- Fully remote role requiring the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
