Its products are sold through a broad retail network, and the business combines heritage, strong brand partnerships and a hands-on approach to customer relationships with continued focus on growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across the , building strong and trusted customer relationships.
- Identify, approach and win new retail accounts, with a clear focus on business development and sustainable growth.
- Present new product ranges, manage in-store performance and spot opportunities to improve sales, merchandising and visibility.
- Plan and deliver promotions, pricing discussions and quotations for relevant accounts, supporting commercial performance across the territory.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, route planning and territory analysis, while representing the business at trade shows and internal meetings.
- Experience in a multi-channel retail sales environment.
- A track record of growing existing accounts and developing new business.
- Strong communication skills across face-to-face, telephone and email contact.
- Good commercial awareness, including sales analysis, reporting and negotiation.
- Strong organisational skills, including route planning, appointment setting and territory management.
- A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays.
- Forecasting experience.
- Experience working across multiple and varied data sources.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving commercial environment.
