Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
