Job Summary

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our French-speaking customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will help build trust and loyalty with our customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide premium customer service to French-speaking customers through various engagement channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Be available to work on key company holidays to support high volumes during our peak season

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in French (written and spoken)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
