Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Relations division at our Carson headquarters. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing written customer orders, and taking telephone orders. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, and written communication

  • Process written customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Take telephone orders, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring high levels of attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 50 wpm
  • Great phone etiquette and high call volume experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Availability to work full-time, 6 am-6 pm, or be flexible within those hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
