Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager – Transportation to join our team in Temple, TX. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations and satisfaction
- Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as state and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
Qualifications:
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

Compensation:
* Target Salary: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
- Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (weekends as needed)
