Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support services to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual in English and another language (in addition to Spanish)

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
