Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
• Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible shopping experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
