Experienced Data Entry Associate – Insurance Document Processing

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient flow of insurance documents within our center, reviewing images of insurance documents, and entering or updating data into a database accurately and quickly.

Job Description
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing images of insurance documents and entering or updating data into a database accurately and quickly. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the efficient flow of insurance documents within our center. You will also be required to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry, ensure compliance with client requirements, and adapt to changing procedures and assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and enter data from insurance documents

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM and 6000 KPH
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with policy and procedure changes
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
* Previous office experience
- Familiarity with data entry tasks
- Experience working with insurance documents or data entry software
Must-Haves:
* Typing score of at least 30 WPM and 6000 KPH (Alphanumeric data entry test scores must be listed at the top of the resume)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures and assignments
