Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. - Process transactions, such as membership sales, program registrations, and facility rentals
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
