Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications
