The Customer Service Fundamentals Training Program

Our Customer Service Fundamentals Training Program is a 12-week internship designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in the customer service industry. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work with leading organizations in the industry, including American Express, Bank of America, Nationwide, and Amazon, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution

Essential Qualifications:
