Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in English and Spanish to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCNA, CSCP)
