Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a sales or service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
