Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Bartlett, TN. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our electronic database, photographing, packaging, and cleaning cases, and using multiple software applications to support our laboratory operations. Responsibilities & Duties

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting doctor's prescriptions for dental prostheses (e.g., crowns, bridges, dentures)
• Accurately entering data into the electronic database for each prescription and invoicing cases for billing purposes
• Photographing, packaging, and/or cleaning cases
• Using multiple types of software, including Microsoft Office applications and Magic Touch dental laboratory software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory operations
• Collaborating with laboratory staff to ensure seamless delivery of dental products to customers

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) as well as reach and bend
• Ability to read prescriptions/case information, sort cases, take and save pictures, box cases, and enter data into database accurately
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately (including our Quality System work instructions)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to self-manage and work efficiently with low supervision
• Dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
