Job Summary:

We're seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our team as Customer Care Advisors. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments with clients, conducting virtual presentations, and assisting clients with policy selection and additional coverage. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional service to our clients

• Schedule appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
• Assist new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
• Complete applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met
• Track and report daily activity and sales metrics
• Participate in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and time management skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
