Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives and data collection efforts. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer or mobile device to complete tasks, micro tasks, and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to work on your own schedule, with the freedom to choose your own hours and days.
Responsibilities
* Complete data entry tasks, including surveys, questionnaires, and other research-related activities
- Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Use your computer or mobile device to complete tasks and micro tasks
- Follow instructions and take direction from research moderators
- Meet minimum typing speed requirements (25 words per minute)
- Maintain a stable internet connection and use a webcam for certain studies
- Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized (optional)
- Participate in background checks and other screening processes as required
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (optional)
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
