Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your daily activities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to customers
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks
  • Leadership development and training for team members
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, etc.)
