  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
