Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and quality control measures to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Age: 18+ years old
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
