Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance through our platform. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our platform and regulatory guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
