The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people find the right health insurance plans for their needs. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own device and internet connection, and will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to customer problems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) a plus
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Spanish Bilingual a plus

Internet Requirements

arenaflex requires all Remote Customer Service Representatives to have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a functioning camera and a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet. Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required; mobile internet service providers and/or satellites are not compatible with our internal systems.

Training Period

arenaflex requires all Remote Customer Service Representatives to complete a comprehensive training program, including extensive self-study, training, and testing. The training period is 3 weeks, and you'll be required to commit to full attendance and participation during this time.

Performance Incentives

arenaflex offers performance incentives and bonuses to our Remote Customer Service Representatives, based on their performance and attendance. You'll be eligible for performance incentives and bonuses after completing the training period and meeting our performance standards.
