Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director of Operations, assisting with onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
• Assisting the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
• Monitoring and supporting manufacturer sales reps and distributors
• Effectively using Microsoft Office to communicate via email, analyze customer data, and maintain sales records
• Delivering exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication
• Demonstrating product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
• Building strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
