Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives and data collection efforts. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer or mobile device to complete tasks, micro-tasks, and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to work on your own schedule, making it perfect for those who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, including reading, writing, and typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
• Use your webcam for studies that require video participation
• Conduct studies using your smartphone or laptop
• Maintain accurate and organized records using Microsoft Word or Excel (optional)
• Follow instructions and directions from research moderators
• Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

* Current USA resident

• Education varies by study – all education levels accepted
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
• Strong focus and follow-through skills
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay and Benefits
