Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We'll cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. As a remote worker, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with weekend shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to insurance customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information about insurance products and services
• Processing customer transactions and updates in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on insurance products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Reside in Phoenix, AZ
• Open availability during operating hours
• Professional customer service aptitude
• Basic conflict resolution skills
• Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information
• Self-paced learner with the ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A webcam (required for video presence during training and production)
