Job Summary
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, engaging with them through virtual benefit reviews, and enrolling them in their benefits plans. Key Responsibilities

- Complete a report card after each benefit overview is finished, tracking client satisfaction and progress
